HOW IT'S MADE
In our 1875 distillery, in order to bring body, intensity, and more character, our passionate master distiller, completes a second distillation with his know-how and a century-old copper pot still to add an additional aromatic complexity thanks to the use of different ingredients including French oak bark, allowing you to enjoy an authentic cocktail experience with every sip.
HOW TO USE
For all your cocktails, SOBER-Whiskey is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same proportions as an alcoholic Whiskey. (on average, 4cl to 5cl per glass).
Although some love it pure, it is a mixology product. The full potential of Sober-Rum is revealed in cocktails.
TASTING PROFILE
- LOOK : It has a clear and bright color, with silver tinges and good density
- AROMA: Typical of bourbon, woody (French oak), with gourmet toffee notes, roasted dried fruits and a hint of vanilla.
