Orders are processed and reviewed throughout the day. Depending on your chosen delivery service through the checkout process we will dispatch / process accordingly and if there any problems we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Cut-off time for next day deliveries are 1PM Monday to Friday, and 10AM Saturday. Orders placed after 10AM on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Only one code can be used per order, if you already have a discount code applied then we won't be able to apply another to the same order.
That’s okay we know things happen and we’re happy to fix this for you!
All you need to do is simply drop us an email with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the discount code you wished to apply providing the code is applicable to your order. We can arrange a refund for the total discount you should have received. (excluding delivery charges).

There are a few reasons why it may not be working for you:

Check that the spellings and numbers are correct when entering your code. Check the discount code is valid and the contents of your basket meet the threshold for the code you’re using.

We are sorry, but we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched, so please make sure the delivery and billing address are correct before placing your order.
Due to customs issues, we DO NOT ship our products overseas at the moment. UK Mainland, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands only.
Please choose your delivery date carefully and make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If no one is available your parcel will be returned to the depot. The driver will leave you a card explaining where your parcel is, with a contact number so that you can arrange a second delivery attempt. if there is no one available on the second delivery attempt the parcel will be returned back to us.
For next-day guranteed, 24-Tracked & 48-Tracked delivery, we most often use our delivery partner Royal Mail. For Royal Mail delivery enquiries please call 0345 774 0740 or visit www.royalmail.com. In addition to Royal Mail, we use UPS, depending on your location and the service selected.
Please check the estimated delivery date and tracking details (where applicable) on your order confirmation email. If you are unable to track your order, please allow up to 6pm on the expected day of delivery for your item to arrive. Still hasn’t arrived?
