It’s also up to you how you choose to enjoy your Kentucky bourbon. Purists will drink it neat, at room temperature in a brandy snifter, but you can also mix it with soda water, lemonade, cider vinegar or even coffee. In our opinion, the best mixer to add to Kentucky bourbon is soda water, allowing the unspoiled aroma of bourbon to mingle with the bubbles. If you prefer a sweeter drink, however, you could mix your Kentucky bourbon with cola for a comforting, earthy combination.
