HOW IT'S MADE
In the heart of France, in a distillery dating back to 1875, we carefully guard the secret of making SOBER-Gin, the world's first non-alcoholic spirit made from authentic gin.
This process takes several days and requires almost half a dozen different techniques, the two main ones being the extraction of alcohol and distillation in copper stills that are over a century old.
HOW TO USE
For all your cocktails, SOBER-Gin is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same dosage as an alcoholic gin. (on average, 4cl per glass).
Although some love it neat, it is a mixology product. The full potential of SOBER-Gin is revealed in cocktails.
